Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Upper Chest

I had severe pain left upper chest 9 on scale of 1 to ten, chest x=ray done in er, showed left upper lobe density Pain subsided while in er with no treatment. Er doctor started me on Zpak because I had a temp of 100.3 and elevated white blood cell count. Next morning radiologist office called stated no pneumonia signs noted and to follow up with

Severe pain,increased W B C Count( NORMAL 4000 TO 11000 ),fever ,X-Ray report all are in favor of Pneumonea.
Now you have started Tablet Z pak ( Azithromycin) an antibiotic,very good for mild infection, Please take complete course , not having any pain & fever ,keep in touch with your doctor for follow up.
