Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Vagina

Hi Doctor, I occasionally experience a severe feeling to a pain in my vagina area. Woke me up last night, and it felt like I was about to get period. Very intense feeling of fullness down there, then it subsided. It has happened before, but never with cramping like this. What should I expect?

most probably ,you are suffering from urethritis or an urinary tracr infection ,or it can be even due to some vaginal infection.but it would be better if u comment about your age and more details of the disease.
