Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Vagina While Urinating

Hi , I have very sore pains in my stomach when urination and after urinating I have a painful sting in my vagina. also after wiping myself after urinating I have noticed pink on the tissue. Like a watered down blood ? What should I do? And what could it be ? I am only 17 years old

I understand your concern
Severe pain in the vagina during the urination suggests urinary tract infections.
I would suggests to consult the gynecologist and undergo urine routine, microscopy and culture report to confirm the infections.
Doctor will give following advices:
Antibiotic according to culture report
Tablet nitrozolium, tablet pyridium.
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, pineapple and orange.
Maintain pelvic hygiene by using Vagisil cream
Wear pure cotton loose undergarment
Do not delay in empty the bladder and always empty the bladder completely.
