Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck

I am 54 years old and am having neck pain. Through X-rays in the past, I understand I have bone spurs in my neck. I ve had not full range for awhile but it s been manageable. Between work computers, iPads and phone, I m noticing considerable pain by the end of the day.

hi...as u said your main work on compute , i pad ...etc..
constant working in single posture will initiate pain. your pain is due to profession .
i advice just go for repeat digital X-RAY ...if normal then dont worry..
just do mild exercise between workin...
it will relieve pain...
