I have been having neck and shoulder pain for the past 5yrs, I was referred to the pain clinic and have taken couple epidoral shots which is not helping . the doctor even told me that surgery will not help. I am very worried because the pain seam to be getting worse. I cannot sleep well at night because of the severe pain from my should coming down to my fingers . My fingers are numb an dtingling on both hands . Now I am also experiencing pain on my left hand on my middle two fingers which is enaable me to squeeze my wash cloth dry when I am in the shower
