Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Leg And Ankle

I m 34, female. My legs are constantly aching me and restless and at times my legs go from under me where I feel a pain in my ankle . It can be quite sore at times. I ve 4 children , the youngest is 6 months. It seems to have progressed the last few weeks. At times I also feel joint pain in my knees and hands and hips.

Looks like you have calcium Deficiency so get it tested. Apart from this there might be a case of muscle weakness or over use. I suggest to deep you leg in bucket of water with added salt regularly for next few days at least 2 to 3 times a day along with consumption of calcium supplement. Even if this both does not support then do visit ortho or physio get it checked properly and tested properly. Later they will help you to plan for treatment. Take care
