Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Arm

Hi, I am currently experiencing coming and going pain in my left arm (mainly upper left) with a tiny bit of jaw pain (not a lot). It kind of came out of nowhere and has been at intervals. I m not really experiencing any other symptoms, but it is concerning. Any advice would be great. Cheers

Some possibilities with descending order of likelihood.

1) This could be neuralgic pain due to compression/subtle injury to nerve.

2) muscle/ ligament injury due to jerk/ overstretching.

3)cardiac...if it's radiating from chest.

Advice : Get proper evaluation done.random medication won't treat cause... Moreover it mask signs and symptoms.

(It would be helpful for doctors to answer if you could add information about your age, sex, occupation, allergic to drug/food while asking questions)
I find this answer helpful
