I appreciate your concern regarding this issue and I shall help where I can.
There are a few issues that need to be excluded here but you would have to see your GP in order to perform the correct tests. By doing so you will be able to determine the cause of your symptoms and you can then receive the appropriate management for it.
A simple test could be done to your urine called a 'dipstick' test where a
test strip is used to determine whether the are any abnormalities with the urine.
If there is blood in the urine then further investigations will need to be done such as a
CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis to rule out
kidney stones for example.
The test would also be able to pick up if there are any signs of infection which could also be causing your symptoms.
Other products such as
glucose and proteins can also be detected in the urine this way and if so, further investigations will have to be done to rule out other systemic problems such as
diabetes and liver related pathology.
