Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Shoulders And Neck
I am experiencing pain in multiple areas started in right shoulder which I pulled and injured in feb then went into my neck in the back .. now I notice there is a lump on the right side of my mid back area and is very painful to touch and some movements as walking or turning

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of diffused pain then it could be case of fibromyalgia it is kind of functional disease, medicine can be used for this like Tab Duloxetine but better is try to come out of the stress and anxiety and hope this information helps.
