Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Scrotum
I am having severe pain in my lower scrotum. There are bumps that seem to be sweating out lots of fluid there. Also, there are 2 bumps on either side of my frontal pelvic area under the skin, that are very painful. At the same time this is happening, I am having a fever of up to 102.4 temp. What is it that I am experiencing and what can I do to fix it.

Looking to the history it seems that there might be having acute Orchitis or might be having some local bacterial infection in scrotal sac producing bumps and leading to enlarged tender inguinal lymph nodes.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine courses.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
