Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hands And White Spots On The Tongue
I have had such bad bad pain in my hands lately even to slide my finger over them ever so lightly or even a soft sweater it aches ever so badly. Then I can be sitting or laying in bed and the pain is so bad I can t deal. Also I ve had such a bad sore throat I ve been to the hospital many times for this i have little white tiny less than a pin head more like the other end on my inside of my lips on my tongue also splits kinda deep with white in them (tongue) also on the roof and sides and back of throat and small new split in bottom lip I ve been told it was trench month yea what ever actually my throat really doesn t hurt so bad on an off. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in hands and white spots on the tongue . Well sometimes it seems to be Recurring Apthous Ulcers while other cause of a recurring spot on the side of tongue is a mucous cyst known as Mucocele. Apthous ulcer can be due to a number of reasons like Nutritional deficiency of Iron Vitamin B12, folate, stress, physical injury with sharp tooth, tongue bite , stress or low immunity. While Mucocele occurs due to injury t minor salivary glands or its ducts leading to spillage of mucous into soft tissue. You should definitely consult an oral surgeon or an oral physician and get evaluated and on case of Mucocele concentrated salt water rinses can help. If it does not resolve surgical removal is to be done. If it is a canker sore taking multivitamins and warm saline gargles will relieve. Pain in hand can occur due to many reasons like tendinitis , carpel tunnel or other reasons , consult orthopedic surgeon for it . For now apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
