Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Due To Pinched Sciatic Nerve

I am a 67 year old female. I have been diagnosed with scoliosis, arthritis and osteoporsis in my back. The orthopedic sugeon said there is no way that he could perform surgery on my back. He stated even if he could that I do not have enough healthy bone to attach any screws to. I am in severe pain from my sciatic nerve being pinched, I am now wondering what to do next.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as the orthopedic opinion concern there is only option you have and that is to try some NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs) and best drug would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day and second is physiotherapy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
