Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain At The Torn Rotator Cuff Repair Site

I had a torn rotator cuff repaired in Sept. 2015. My shoulder popped out of socket earlier, and, though it s back in the socket, it s still extremely painful. My neck and left side of my back is throbbing and my shoulder has a sharp pain. My fingers are also going numb on and off. Should I go to the emergency room?
