Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
I would recommend the x-ray of pelvis with both hip along with x-ray of lumbosacral spine. It could well be due to stress fracture/osteomalcia that is deficiency of vitamin D.just get blood test for level of vitaminD along with the suggested x-ray.
