Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Dryness In The Eyes

My eyes have been very dry and painful for the past few months. Today, I was walking outside and the sunlight seemed to have caused my eyes to drip tears and feel extremely painful as if though there was sand in them. After I got back in my car, my vision became very shaky or wiggily with bright spots all over and an increased amount of pain to the point that I had to shut my eyes and tears were dripping. Any idea what might be happening?

you are having dry eye syndrome.it can be due to deficient tear recreation. pjogrens syndrome, prolonged use of contactlense , computer vision syndrome. allergy or inability to retain tear film.cause have to be diagnosed. till such time refresh eye tear drop can be applied.
