Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Bleeding With Anal Fissures

Hi i am a 23 yr old female and i am currently suffering from an anual fissure i have loads of different creams to use. I have also had botox injection into the muscles and unfortunately i am still suffering from sevre pain, sometimes bleeding and stool discharge. Can you give me any advice on this please ?

dear anal fissure if not improved by medicine may need surgery.Chronic anal fissures
Midline fissures complicated by underlying fistula,
Fissures associated with increased sphincter tone may require surgery.surgery used like lateral internal sphincterotomy,fissure Tony, chemical sphincterotomy etc..eat high fiber diet, avoid constipation,drink plenty of water,use sitz bath,if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
