Welcome to HealthcareMagic.com!

We're here to help you.

1. The elderly patients are more sensitive to Oxycodone, so make sure your family member takes it as doctor prescribed.

2. If he can tolerate well oxycodone, 15 mg six times daily is fine.

3. Yes, most fatal side effect of oxydone is respiratory arrest. To avoid the need for higher doses of oxycodone, if I was his doctor I would prescribe amitriptyline also.

If you're satisfied with my answer please rate it as HELPFUL.

Thank you!
