Sir I m poonam 26years old I am having severe neck pain shoulder pain both joint and muscle pain doctors diagnose spondylitis but no effects of medicines was seen diclofenac sodium and cinnarizine I was taken .when I wke up in morning pain was more prone on sholders what I have to do plz suggest me

First of all change your sitting position if you are sedentary life habits like watching TV (change the place where from you watch TV or sit during discussions).
Use the collar as much as possible during day time and have proper rest.
Take Zerodol MR twice daily for at least 5days
