Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea

So I am terrified of throwing up. This past month I keep getting random bouts of nausea that i dont understand where they are coming from and I want them to stop happening. Today I have had tow of my worst spells yrt. The things I normally try to elimjnate the nausea arent working as quickly or effectively as they used to. I would like to solve this without throwing up please

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. You have been feeling nauseous for the past month. There must be a reason for this and I would recommend that you see your medical provider. There are some tests that should be done to determine the cause of your nausea. It should be due to gastritis, infection or motility problem. In the mean time there is a medication called emetrol which may help reduce nausea
