Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain In The Legs

I have had muscle pains in my legs for 3 days. Quads, calves, and hamstrings especially. Also Sunday me groin and abdominal pain. It feels like cramping. I feel like I started a squatting workout, only I haven t. Now the past day and a half, my forearms and biceps are very sore. I haven t done any new type of workout, but feel like I have. Only muscle soreness, not joints.

Hello that k you for writing us here.
I would suggest you to take diclofenac to get relief from your symptoms.
Also such symptoms are seen in case of anaemia or stress.
Your symptoms would improve when you eat properly and take enough amount of water.
If it doesn't improve within 2 weeks, you can see an orthopaedic doctor.
But the symptoms should improve with the medicine and proper care of yourself.
