Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headache

Please i just got my brain mri. think i have an aneurysm or something because all the pain is located on my right side of my head behind my eye. Dr says i suffer from migraines. I need please a second opinion.... Maybe i need surgery and dont want to wait for this! Or at least know there is no wrong so i can be in peace. I have 5 pictures to e-mail that concern me. Please i need an answer

If you want to rule out completely then radiological investigations like CT will help you.
