Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headache And Vomiting

I suffer with severe migraines but I have one today accompanied with nausea/vomiting, tingling sensation in legs and fingers and my eyes hurt so bad. It feels as if someone is drilling n the top of my head that s how bad it hurts. I have also been very dizzy like the room is spinning

For acute migrain if i have to treat such a patient i will advise tab soluble aspirine 2 tabs in water or nsaids and tab stemetal 5mg and eno sachet..if svere then i will add ,tab tramadol.To prevent reoccurances i will advise tab Propranol to begin with 40mg twice a day gradualy increasing up to 340mg a day ,you have to watch pulse rate should not go down below 55 per minute and tab flunarizine to start with 10mg gradualy increasing to 40 mg a day.We have several medicines for migrain .
