Hi, thanks for asking form HCM.
I can understand your concern. Your headache needs evaluation. It can not be labeled "Migraine" without excluding other causes.
As you are having bleeding ear, headache begins after eating something, sensitivity to light/smell/sound, it could be some "Ear infection".
Ear infection can cause pain in ear/head, discharge from ear (puss, blood, serous watery), pain on chewing as a result of ear movement, sensitivity might be due to fever/inflammatory reaction.
For treatment, you should
: Consult ENT specialist
: Avoid water in ear
: Keep your ear dry
: You can take
Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: Do not blow nose
: Eat liquid/semisolid food which do not require much chewing
: Do not self medicate
Migraine can be suspected if other causes are excluded, headache in half of skull, fear from light, tearing/dryness in eye with blurring of vision, before pain attack you experience abnormal smell/sound/visual objects.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
