Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe migraine, ear and jaw pain which seems to be due to temporomandibular joint disorder and it could be due to stress, bruxasim. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral surgeon once and get complete examination done and go for X-ray of jaws along with CT scan. Start treatment after complete diagnosis. You should apply moist heat or cold packs. Go for facial muscle relaxing exercises. Avoid sharp and sticky food and take light and soft diet. You should maintain complete oral hygiene. You should use night guard if you clenches jaw and take muscle relaxants and try to re position jaw whenever it will cause pain.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
