Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps And Back Pain When Diagnosed With Endometriosis
Hi doc, I had protected sex with my partner last Tuesday and the condom slipped off after he came. I caught it but some of the contents had spilt between my legs and today I ve been experiencing what feels like period cramps and back pain like I get from endometriosis. Trouble is, it s too soon for my cycle and I m worried what these cramps signify. Please help.

Hi dear you are having dysmennorrhea..I suggest the following things:
1) use hot water shakes
2) Use tab hifenac TH for muscle relaxation
3) Tab ibuprofen for pain relief
4) If possible have bed rest for two days
5) keep your self hydrated with fresh juices
