I am suffering from severe lower back pain. I also have pain in my heals. I get some relief from the pain when I do some stretching excerise but the pain slowly comes back. I also get sever pain in my right shoulder whenever I strain it. I am 35 year.
Hi Thanks for your query After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from chronic backache. It may be due to vitamin and trace element deficiencies specially vitamin D and vitamin B 12. You need to done MRI to rule out other causes. Back exercises, neurotropics such as mecobalamine and analgesics such as diclofenac give relief. Serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required. Avoid long continuous standing.Your heel pain can be relieved by hot fomentation. It may be due to planter fasciitis , if not relieved by hot fomentation that injection triamcilone may be of benefit when applied locally in heel. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
