Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

SIr,My wife (40) suffering with RA+ for last 8 yrs. treated with NIMS docs, sunshine hospital. Advised to avoid allopathy medicines for long period (chloroquil HCQs etc.) hence shifted to Unani, ayurveda, homeo overall result is ok but lot of pain in knee joints as cartilage affected, no gap between joints, difficult to move legs from place to place. Pls advise is there any solution than knee replacement

Hello, Unfortunately there is no treatment then what your wife is getting. I would suggest you to stick with that treatment. Ayurved and unani are not helpful and can cause complications. I would recommend :
1.Tablet HCQ
2.Tablet SAAZ
3.Tablet Methotrexate
4. Medrol for short periods.
Avoid steroids for long time.
