Hello and thank you for the answer.
Tibial fracture is a very severe condition that may cause severe pain and discomfort for you. It can interfere in your everyday tasks and damage your lifestyle. The first, and the best thing to do is to take an appointment with your orthopedist doctor! Unti then, you can make some precautions : if you have trubles in walking, you can use crutches to help you balancing on walking (Be careful when you will use the crutches in a wet surface). Another thing you can do is Physiotherapy ( the sooner you start it, the sooner will come the results). As you say, you are experiencing pain. It might be felt in different parts of the leg.Pain management is an important part of your recovery. You should take analgesic as your doctor presicribes them to you. Be carful for not using them for a long period of time, to avoid the side effects. This are my advices for the moment. You can ask me again here for further help.
Best regards!
