Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On The Arms, Legs And Chest

I went to my allergist for a itching problem all over, mostly in the normal hot spots arms legs chest, at the time. on 6/21/17 for A week now I have hives on inner legs & arms was given Hydroxyzine hcl 25b mg Take one at bedtime & Cetirizine 10mg one tablet in am. Also Sarna cream as needed. I itch so bad. y pharmacy is not open. I called my Doctor last Friday can not get back to me till possible Mon afternoon. What do I do in the meantime other then go to urgent care or ER

exclude dengue. platelet count may be taken maintain hydration gofor antigen specific test for dengue. avoid aspirin group of drug. apply caladryl lotion and take tablet levocetrizine 5mg in morning for ten days.
