Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness In The Vagina

I have had an itch for 3 weeks now. I have true cortizone cream, it helps but the itching is still there. So I got a Monistat 1 kit. The itching went away but came back about 4 days later. I don t have a discharge, odor, or burning. I have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice. But that just makes me pee a lot. The itching is around my clitoris, in and out my vagina, and sometimes my anus itch too. Please advise.
