1.     Amitriptyline at bed time orally for 30 days
2.     Zolpidem at bed time for 30 days
3.     Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week. Exercise induces sleep
4.     Do meditation
5.     Avoid tea & coffee in evening & night
