Suggest Treatment For Severe Infection In The Knee Post A Knee Replacement Surgery

K so had double knee replacement one had to b debris of infection 3 weeks later. IV meds for 6 wks now on oral antibiotics. My lower back hurts I m always tired. Sleeping 12 to 14 hrs per day. No energy. I have bladder problems it s slight burn when I urinate. And now my stomach is bloated and pain in lower abdomen where I have no feeling to touch. Please give me advice

Hi ! I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.

I would say that you may have a urinary tract infection.Your burning during urination , pain in lower abdomen , lower back pain may be due to the bluder infection.(cystitis)
It may be a fungal infection sometimes after using antibiotic for many days may cause a fungal infection.It may be also a bacterial infection .
So I'm this case I would recommend to do urine analysis to find out the cause .
Your stomach bloating and tiredness may be side effects of antibiotics ,if You have diarrhea you should stop the antibiotics .Only your doctor can do the changes in treatment according tonthe examination.
Meanwhile drink plenty of water .
