Suggest Treatment For Severe Hiccups, Acid Reflux And Hot Flashes

First thing iam a 39yr male I get violent hicups all week twice a day followed by acid reflux i do get hot flashes Little pain under my center rib cage.even after taking zantac xl three a day .been say 6months of this has been non stop with acid reflux for two days in a role

Hello dear,

I read and understand your concern.

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

Your current drugs are not effective in maintaining you acidity.

You should take the strong drugs like pantoprazole and domperidone combination half hour before meal under your doctors guidance.

Please do not eat heavily eat small but frequent diet.

Walk a while after eating, till you got burp this will evacuate stored gas from the stomach and prevent acid reflux.

Please put high pillow while sleeping. This can also prevent reflux.
