Suggest Treatment For Severe Heart Attack

After a fairy severe heart attack, the EKG reveals normal sinus rhythm, but only for the P wave. The QRS and T waves are no longer in synchrony with the P wave. What part of the cardiac conduction system is damaged? What is pacing the ventricles? What arrhythmia does this patient have?

hi...welcome to hcm..this is due to Atrio ventricular dissosciation.It could be 1st degree heart block.consult cardiologist immediately for expert management.thankyou
