Hello ! I read your question and understand your concern. I would like to know if you have measured his blood pressure during these episodes, because an untreated high blood pressure can cause severe headaches and nose bleeding. The facial flushing and dizziness are other symptoms of a possible uncontrolled high blood pressure. In this situation my concern would be a possible intracranial hemorrhage. I would recommend you to measure his blood pressure and bring him to the emergency room. I don t think this is a normal primary headache. Another option would be cluster headache and temporal artheritis . Temporal artheritis is more possible taking into consideration the blurring vision in the right eye,but it doesn t explain the bleeding nose.
