Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

My husband has had a pressure painful headache behind his right eye for about a month. The eye doctor didn t find anything concerning. He has also shown issues with memory since this all started. About a month back he woke one morning with the right side of his body numb. It lasted about 12 hours. Later in the day his face felt numb too. He checked himself visually in a mirror for signs of stroke and all seemed to be ok. Wonder if these all could be related. Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
