Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I have been suffering with severe headaches that wake me from my sleep at night. My doctor originally thought it was trigeminal neuralgia. The pain was usually on one side and then after about a month moved to the left side. I notice that my sinus are clogged on the side where the pain is whenever I m awakened

Might be sinusitis.
Drink plenty of water especially warm water .
Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil in it few times a day.
NSAIDS like Ibuprofen
If it persists or increases in intensity see doctor.
