I have gone thru your query regarding
severe headache . It is a matter of concern .
Almost everyone gets headaches . and most are nothing to worry about. But if headaches are disrupting your daily activities, work or personal life, it's time to take action.
Take a glass of hot water with lemon jice and a pinch of salt ,black pepper and a inch of crushed ginger , it helps release air factors and eases aches .
Apply menthol ased ointment ,rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room.
Close your eyes with cool mind and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.
Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk.
Take cup of hot milk with a level spoon of Turmeric powder and honey .
There are several factors causing us headache and other health hazards .Removing the cause is the best option for getting cure .

sleeplessness ,work or personal stress, an unhealthy diet, loud traffic noises,
sinusitis, hunger, insomnia, working in improper light and
constipation are all factors that aggravate the doshas, causing the imbalance of the vata (air) and kapha (water)
Vata is obstructed by the kapha in the head region, causing a headache
Certainly they are the outcome of your weak immune system due to your faulty food habits and derailed life style .Modification and removing the causing factor will be the best option to keep healthy .
