Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache While On Ibuprofen

I have had an extreme headache that goes from the base of my neck to the front behind my eyes since 2am this morning and nothing is working. I have taken my Ibuprofen, Sudagest and 2 Fiorecet along with a cold rag and heat and my neck is stiff and has a redline going up the middle and that is really tight.

Just take one Ibuprofen and paracetamol combination drug Because PCM has central action so it will have synergistic effect. Along with medicine apply diclo cream over neck still not relieved then do ct scan
