Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache Which Is Affecting My Vision

Hey I m hamza from Birmingham and I have recently had this headache from now we re which is like an everlasting one it hurts when I try and focus and it hurts when I move my eyes and sometimes when I try to read things my I sight gets blury and then goes back again and I m at a period of my life where right now I need to study a lot so could you please help me !!!?

Ct scan and MRI can done If needed....
