Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache , Chest Pain And Joint Pain

I had an ana disease test taken at the er and they sent the results to my obgyn and the results came back positive and rated high volume. I haven t yet had any more test done but I m still having painful joints . Daily it s a different joint from shoulder to feet seems like every body part. Lately I been having chest pain and cramps underneath my ribs and bad headache. I m only twenty two and I m really scared but I don t have the insurance to cover other medical attention can you tell me what s going on with my body

I can understand your concern.
You are mostly having connective tissue disease (CTD) because your ANA is high and you are having joint pain, chest pain etc.
CTD s are group of diseases in which multiple organs are involved. It is autoimmune disease mainly affecting joints, lungs, kidneys, heart etc.
You need to consult rheumatologist for this. For further work up you need to get done ANA profile (detailed), PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), HRCT thorax, Ultrasound examination of abdomen, Urine reports.
Treatment of this is immunosuppression in the form of steroids, methotrexate, cyclo serine etc.
So better to consult rheumatologist and discuss all these.
