The granulomatous lesion can be Tuberculoma or else Neurocysticercosis. Ideally a biopsy has to be done and treatment started after results. The clinical manifestations of granuloma depend on where they are located within brain. A tuberculoma shall need to be treated with antitubercular drugs for 12 to 18 months besides symptomatic treatment for headache.
