Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Migraine

Hi, I am Becca I am 18 and I am a senior. I have been suffering from very severe headaches and migraines. They can be pressure related or sharp stabbing pains, throbbing, and can be triggered by several things. They can last anywhere from a few minutes to on and off for days. My longest headaches have lasted for hours. I can wake up with them, they happen at random and all the time. I take tylenol or exedrin to help but sometimes with little to no relief. My pediatrician says it could be from stress, which I do believe because I am a senior in high school. I drink plenty of water and eat plenty of balanced meals. I don t believe this is just stress or poor eating. If you had any ideas please let me know.
