Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache After Taking Betnesol Injection
Hai doctor..my wife is 33 weeks preganat now.our gynacologist told me that babies head is fixed,so he recommended for betnesol injection.after that she had severe head ache for three days...she cant tolerate that pain.we alreadt took tramadol injection,phenergan injection,dicloran tablets...what is the reason sir?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion betnesol injection is given when there is suspicion of preterm labour to fasten the lung maturity of baby and to avoid preterm complications of the baby.But it is not associated with headache.I suggest you to rule out high BP.Because hypertension in pregnancy also might have headache.Dont worry.Avoid stress if any.
