Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hi sir..long back I used mintop 5% it was good result but one of my friend told me that if use mintop u will get sexual problems in future... so i stop using mintop from November 2014...again started hair fall so badly..so I consult doctor he prefer me to use androanagen with logi hair tablets but I think its not much working compare to mintop 5% so plz suggest wat to use I very much worry about my hair mail balled head

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe hair loss which is known as alopecia. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like genetic factor , fungal infection and hormonal changes. Need not to worry. You can start with Mintop 5% and don't get dependent on that and take it for short duration and stop and again start. Take Indian gooseberry powder with water once a day and use olive for massage. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test and physical examination. Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 3-4 months or antifungal treatment along with minoxidil spray . Doctor may also prescribe supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E.
