Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

I have been having hair fall problem for 3 years now after i went on a diet for 1.5 years. I have been eating properly now but still my hair continues to shed like 200 hair strands per day. I am not going bald yet but I really need to stop my hair from shedding so much.

I have gone through your query. Problems like anemia and hypothyroidism should be ruled out in your case. Vitamin D deficiency also should be ruled out. In these conditions hair fall can occur. You can run tests for these. How is the pattern of hair loss you having. If it is frontal and Crown type then it can be androgenetic alopecia. In such case minoxidil application will be helpful.
