Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

I have thick blonde hair with 2 cowlicks on the right and left front of my hairline and multiple cowlicks around the back of my head around where that swirly thing is. Im 14. I have an ok diet and am physically active. My hair is short but not a buzz cut. My hair feels ok and thick. but when i get out of the shower, you can see my scalp in between hairs that came together. also, when my hair is dry, no hairs are thin, but around the back of my hair, you can see little lines of scalp. could this be because of my cowlicks? the top hair on my head grows straight forward and the sides goes straight down so could this just be the way me hair is? also when my hair is in really bright light you can kinda see the scalp in whatever direction light is facing is that normal?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe hair loss which is resembling you have male pattern baldness which is also known as androgenic alopecia which occurs mainly due to genetic makeup and male sex hormones. it could be due to systemic disturbances as well. Need not to worry. You should apply Mintop 10% directly to the scalp to help hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles. You should start with the use of Finasteride combinations as it interferes with the production of male hormone which are related to cause baldness. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start medication after proper prescription. You should take multivitamins containing biotin.
