Suggest Treatment For Severe Gastritis
recently i am sufering from severe gastritis. i am diabetic since 4 years. taking medicine glemistar m1 500 in the morning and glysiphase sr 500 at night. . i usually go to toilet as soon as wokeup. after taking morning coffee i feel heavy in my stomach. i feel gassy stomach it comes out through mouth.after taking metformin i take my breakfast. immediately i have to go toilet (loose motion) twise. since one month i suffering from gastritis.i use only omeprazole for gas Is it a serious problem.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe gastritis. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like
-food intolerance
-gastroesophageal reflux
-food allergy
-bacterial or viral infection
-parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease.
Need not to worry. Take diet rich in fibers as well. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide. For now eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. You should take plenty of fluids to re-hydrate. You should avoid intake of outside food. Take diet rich in multivitamins and avoid any oily sharp and fast food.
