Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue

I started experiencing tiny red dots on both arms. Some are in clusters while others are not. I sometimes have brusing even though I don t remember hitting anything. Plus I have had incredible fatigue and just not feeling good overall. My stomach swells also. Have periodic pain in my left (by the waist area)side/back and front. I have had a pressure feeling in my head during the day and often when I wake up. I have never had any problems with headaches before. Every so often I have a good day so I do a few errands and feel decent enough that I can walk without fatigue. Then I pay for it the next day by really feeling bad.
