Suggest Treatment For Severe Episodes Of Dizziness And Sinus Infection
I ve recently started having bad episodes of dizziness. Was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Treated but took two weeks for dizziness to stop. Been doing good goat a couple of weeks but dizziness returned today and two days ago noticed that I have a broken blood vessel in my eye. What could be causing all of this? Should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion such symptoms of dizziness could be due to vestibular dysfunction, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Betahistine 8 mg" three times in day, better to get done the CT of head for safe side, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
